Please tell me that the pair is at least MENTIONED in the book. I mean, how could they not be? Cicci was obviously there when Tessio got whacked and Frankie was Clememnza's successor. If the book takes place before and after GFII then these two HAVE to be in it. I'm not asking for any spoilers plot-wise, just wanna get informed on their presence

Any help?
