GTA III still seems the best in my opinion because of the dark gritty and modern atmosphere and also the mafia storyline.

1) The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time - It was the first video game I ever played, and I think, the best game ever!
2) GTA: Vice City - The best game in the GTA series!
3) Star Wars: Jedi Knight II - I'm not that great fan of Star Wars anymore, but this game was very good!

I highly recommend Star Ocean on the Ps2, very long though I got over 200 hour clocked.
