i don't know if you guys knew this but gary busey does the voice of Phil the one armed bandit in vice city and he may do it in GTA3 also.. i'm not positive about 3 but he's deffinatly in vice city.
I'll go get the list of every actor in it off IMDB.... i beleive burt reynolds was in vice also.
