I guess Tony's mother. His wife wasn't really better. That is why this show is amazing. Showing how being affected from your close ones can put an impact on your mental life and also what you'll end up doing in the future.

Controversial opinion, i say Christopher moltisanti, atleast later on in the show. Couldn’t stand how much of a dick he was to adriana and how he was a narcissistic asshole. Meadow is a close second tho. She reminded she sooo much of my sister.

Well there were a lot of bad people on the show but I'd say its Tony. I know many give him a pass because he is the main character but he was just a egotistical sociopath. Anybody he felt someone was happier than he was or busting his balls he had a pissy fit and either killed them or tried to make them feel bad.
