Well, we all know that Christopher and Adriana are the obvious ones, as we saw them do it more than once. Then there is Ralphie, who has spoken about having a raging coke habit when he was living in Florida. Tony said he has done coke with Christopher in the past.

That's four. The only other character who I remember doing coke was Emil Kolar in the first episode, right before Christopher put a few bullets in his head.
