Then there is Ralphie, who has spoken about having a raging coke habit when he was living in Florida. Tony said he has done coke with Christopher in the past. That's four. In the beginning of Season One, Junior was definitely the capo of his crew. Philly Parisi wouldn't be promoted to capo until after Junior went to prison. As for the Aprile crew, no new capo has been named to replace the missing Ralph Cifaretto as of the end of Season Four. We'll see what happens in two weeks!
