The only reason why we would want another Godfather Part IV is to learn what happens in the Godfather Universe after the movies. This is the required Godfather Part IV Cast...

Andy Garcia - Don Vincent Corleone
Talia Shire - Connie Corleone
Franc D'Ambrosio - Anthony Corleone
Marino Mase - Lupo
Al Pacino - Michael Corleone
Diane Keaton - Kay Adams
John Savage - Andrew Hagen
Al Martino - Johnny Fontane
Jeannie Linero - Lucy Mancini
Richard Bright - Al Neri

The reason i added Lupo in there cause he is still alive and one of the subplots if him trying to get revenge on the Corleone Family.

Al Pacino will have some minor parts, mostly all in Sicily at that house.

It will take place between 1994 and 1998.

Micheal Corleone will not play a large part in the story... only with the backstory and a few scenes.

It will also show the Corleone Family reaction to the death of Micheal.

A good angle would be to show the bad guy in the film trying to make a bad name of Micheal Corleone after he died.

The films opening sequence would be very similar to the opening of the first 3. Vincent Corleone is hosting a wedding at his home in New York for Anthony and his new wife. He get's a few Emergency requests... Vincent feels generous and does not refuse them despite the tradition gives him the right to. All main characters appear at the wedding.

Antony is more warm with the family but continues to refuse to have anything to do with the family businuss.

The plot is that the family is threaten to be broken up cause of weak connections and feuds in the branches of the orginization.

Meanwhile Vincent and his wife stuggle on having a fourth child.

Vincent had 3 children before... Fredo, Tom and Vito, all boys. Vincent is going to try to go for another boy but argues with his wife who wants a girl.

The major plot in the film is that there is no big heat from the other families but from the Yakuza who plan to takeover the Corleone Orginization. Vincent shrugs the threat off thinking that they have no chance but soon realizes they are a threat and it soon turns into a war between the two orginizations.

I think it would be a fresh idea to have Mafia VS Yakuza instead of Mafia VS Mafia for once.

Yeah, the Italian mob versus a different ethnic mob would be interesting.

I think we should all learn from the new star wars movies and just leave The Godfather as a trilogy.. no?

How about Mafia versus those damn colombians?
Let's just not take it to the crips or triads because then we'd see Kung Fu and DMX starring in the movie A la Romeo must die.
Scary, huh?
