Just read the Larry King interview with Mario Puzo in 1996 that's posted on http://www.mariopuzo.com/lking.shtml

LARRY KING: Mario's new book is The Ultimate Capitalist.

Does this book exist...? I can't find it anywhere on the net, not even amazon or ebay.

Uh.... its called "humor". Re-read the interview. Larry King was poking fun at Puzo. Puzo did not write that book.

I knew this had to be a joke. I can't think of why M. Puzo would write a book with this title. King was taking a jab at Puzo's motivation for writing The Godfather which as we all know was...$MONEY$ and to get rich.
