First off, I would like to thank Ms. Gino for working with the late Mr. Puzo on such a great book and second for sharing her time with us Padrinophiles.
I bought the book a couple of years ago and with all the things going on in my life never came around to reading it. I'm now about a 100 or so pages in and after having read The Godfather, The Sicilian (one of the best books I've ever read), The Last Don and Omerta I can say that this book is a classic. I have two questions that I hope you can help me with. The first is regarding the movie adaptation of The Family if one has been planned, and regardless who would you cast? I believe that there was a movie planned for Omerta but it never materialized after Mr. Puzo's (R.I.P.) death. The second question is exactly what was your contribution to The Family and where does the part that you contributed to begin and end in the book? Ms. Gino, your help with these questions would be much appreciated. Thanks again.
