i have two questions....first of all, do any of you find the title misleading? i mean the book doesn't really explain how is the last great american don, and also he is by far not a main character
second question....on the last page, is puzo trying to say that he told cross the santadio war story so that he would know dante killed pippi and cross would kill dante? was this a scheme to get rid of dante and move toward legitimicy?
