This is supposed to be a book by Mario Puzo. I have never heard of it until today. Is it any different than the Godfather (translated il Padrino)? Anyone ever read it here?

El Padrino is the Spanish version. And yes, Il Padrino is Italian. Der Pate is German, and Le Parrain is French.

The Around The World page has lots more translations...
