Has his brother as street boss running everything for him. After that’s it’s very much up for debate depending on who your talking to you will get a lot of different opinions

It's been a while since we've gotten any sort of update on the current structure of the Patriarca Family.

Boss: Carmen DiNunzio
Underboss: Eddie Lato
Captain: Matthew Guglielmetti

Anything outside of this would be guesswork I think. I don't think any other captains have been identified.

I thought I had read something a while back (perhaps Scott) that the leadership was somewhat decentralized due to the Cheeseman's ongoing health issues. I would assume Spucky Spagnolo would be a captain (assuming he's healthy), perhaps Carrozza? I'm just spitballing.

I read on article on a wiseguy that took the place after beaver Ascenzia death but I can't find it.

Bobby c is almost 85 and not healthy either. I doubt he is active at this point
There has to be captains that have not Been identified yet as all the usual suspects we talk about are basically in there 80’s now

Who TF even knows. Now SB is pushing Eddie Parrette every chance he gets

Of course, none of us are getting any younger, but it feels kinda strange seeing this pic of him since the last known picture of him is from at least 30 years ago when he was still a fairly young man and known as "Good Looking Matty".

Thanks for clarifying that, the chart photo for Guglielmetti was posted on Reddit and Pinterest and it didn't appear that anyone really disputed that it was him, so I used it instead of the old mugshots/WPRI stuff
