Organized crime has provided us with lots of colorful nicknames. Mobsters have been nicknamed for their looks, such as Big Nose Jimmy, Fat Frankie, Skinny Tommy and Cockeyed Joey. Some guys were named for their criminal propensity or legitimate vocation such as Tommy the Blade, Nick the Baker, and so on...Another mob nickname were variations of the name “Blue Eyes.”
So here’s the challenge…The five hoodlums listed below each had this nickname. Two of them were with the Colombo Family, two with the Lucchese Family, and the fifth guy was with the Genovese Family.
Like Malavita so eloquently said, “You know the drill.”
Your job is to identify each man by listing his REAL “first and last name” and matching the (letter) of his nickname with the corresponding (number) of the Family he affiliated with. For instance, you could say C-2, and his real name was Frank Russo.
Have at it fellas. Let’s see how well you know mobsters and their nicknames.
A) Jimmy Blue Eyes B) Mickey Blue C) Sally Blue Eyes D) Ernie Blue E) Anthony Blue Eyes
1) Colombo 2) Colombo 3) Lucchese 4) Lucchese 5) Genovese

-- Turnbull and Malavita nailed letters A and E. Good job fellas. Here are the correct answers for the other three; A) Jimmy Blue Eyes is Vincent Alo (Genovese) B) Mickey Blue is Anthony La Ponzina (Colombo) C) Ernie Blue is Ernest La Ponzina (Colombo) D) Sally Blue Eyes is Salvatore Lo Proto (Lucchese) E) Anthony Blue Eyes is Anthony Stabile (Lucchese) (or Anthony Santorelli)

Well, with all due respect to "Tony Salerno," he's far from what passes for an "authority" on good entertainment or entertainers. And what, you don't have your own opinion about entertainers? Or about Frank Sinatra, per se? That you gotta step aside and let Fat Tony tell you who's a good (or, in Sinatra's case) a great singer? LOL
Pleeeeez!
Geez....Didn't you see the lol at the end of my post ??? Meaning it was meant as a joke...Maybe it was too deep for you ??? Geez...I thought you were one of the last normal ones here, but to get snarky comment back for something that clearly went over head ?? This board has gone to sh!t !!!

Way to get subscribers pal !!! Lol. To the contrary, I always treat everyone respectfully and nicely. (who I see treats me nicely, in kind.) And that's true whether they choose to subscribe or not. But what's that got to do with what we're talking about here? Lol. It makes me think you have another "agenda." You don't have another agenda, do you DL? Lol

Lol I've never been anything but supportive of you till I mocked Merlino's video.... Do you have another agenda ??? Seems like it.... You listed 5 mob guys who was the most powerful blue eyes, and I gave you the most obvious, and you chose to argue and go off topic and say it was someone that you didn't even list... GTFOH, YA PUNK !!!

Well, DL, that was a bit over the top, if I do say so myself. Lol
I'm going to end this conversation now, because I'm too much of a gentleman to lower myself and answer you the way you deserve to be answered for that last comment you made.
Good night! Yeah, because you have no other response as to why I said Jimmy Blue Eyes was the most powerful mob guy and you chose to debate and say it was Sinatra against your own poll !!! Where's Sinatra listed in your poll ???

I reposted this for those interested in staying on topic.
