Sam Adams Old Fezziewig? Yes, I've had it before in their Christmas variety packs.

Best of luck DP. I sober up in January/February. Try Sam Adams Holiday White Ale, it's my favorite of their offerings alongside their Cherry Wheat.

Tonight Old Captain Rum pretty good ! grin

Old Captain brown rum is a powerful blend of different, authentic Jamaican rums. Old Captain brown has a soft character and a distinct aroma with fruit notes of apricot and plum. Drink it neat, on the rocks or in a mix and enjoy the round, sweet taste.

I love Costco's Kirkland XO Cognac. It's a mix of Cognacs from 12 to 23 years old. Age is everything in Cognac, and this XO has it all over other XOs that are only aged for 6 years. Costs only about $55.

I picked up a bottle of this white rum I like it pretty sweet taste and less "chemical" as Barcardi.
No idea who the producers are.

Not a big drinker of cognac but I like Hennessey.

Hennessy was my favorite before I discovered the Costco brand. Hollander: FYI, Costco is a "warehouse" retail chain here that sells food, clothing, pharms, appliances, electronic, alcohol, etc. often in large lots. I often joke that you can buy extra virgin olive oil at Costco in 55-gallon drums. They have a lot of leverage over their suppliers, which is why they're the largest retailer of alcoholic beverages in the US, and can bring in wine and spirits under their "Kirkland" label. Some of their labeled wine and spirits are pretty good and very reasonably priced. How about you opening a Costco in the Netherlands? lol

I've never had the Kirkland brand bourbon as they don't sell it in my state. Have you had any of them and if so, what was your impression?

My favorite cognac is the Louis XIII, but it's one of those bottles you only break out on special occasions. It's obscenely expensive. Pairs great with a maduro

But you had to play it cool, had to do it your way

No, I've never had them. I used to drink bourbon decades ago--JW Dant and Old Forester, both 100 proof, but brandies are my only spirits drinks now.
