My guess would be unless someone comes from the shadows it would be DeSantis or Andrew DiSimone in that ongoing Brooklyn/Bronx divide. I'm sure there are also strong characters in Long Island, Manhattan crew and Jersey but the power swing has been between Brooklyn and the Bronx since the mid 80s. George Zappola was allegedly targeted for an administration spot at one time so there are potentially a few others from Brooklyn that could rival DeSantis. Disimone appears to be the standout leader of the Bronx/Westchester faction right now

I'm not sure exactly where he's from but he's part of the "Brooklyn faction" not the Bronx.
