- Albert Gallo and Franck Illiano (Genovese) : key Gallo faction members who got made by the Genovese as part of an agreement between The Genovese and the Colombo Families to end the second Gallo war. The deal was that The Colombo family had to promise they will no go after them while the Genovese family promised that Gallo and Illiano would not be involved in any plot against the Colombo leadership.

- Peter Del Ciopo (Lucchese) : he was a degenerate gambler and had a lot of debt. Al D'Arco gave him his button so he wouldn't have to fear any retaliation from his debtors. D'Arco also wanted to reward his loyalty.

- John Praino (Philadelphia) : he ran a big bookmaking operation in the Bronx and had to deal with the 5 families. The Gambinos even tried to shake him down. The Philly family made him so he would not be threatened by other families. Praino was reluctant as he just wanted to run his operation and remain an associate but he was ulimately convinced.

- Nicky Scarfo jr (Lucchese) : Joey Merlino was trying to kill him so his dad Nicky Scarfo sr used his connection with Vic Amuso to have his son made into the Lucchese family. It's a win win for everybody. Scarfo jr cannot be touched as it would start a war with the Lucchese family and Merlino no longer has to worry about Scarfo jr taking over the Philly family.

- Giovanni Inzerillo and the Inzerillo clan (Gambino) : not sure exactly who but some Inzerillo guys got made into the Gambino family as part of a deal between The Corleonesi and the Gambino family. The Corleonesi promised the Gambinos that they will not hurt the Inzerillos as long as they stay in the US and never come back to Sicily. Interestingly, Giovanni Inzerillo came back to Sicily and became the main Gambino connection over there.

Took some time until they were allowed to come back , Salvatore Lo Piccolo wanted them back but Antonio Rotolo and people that were close to Corleonesi didn't .Rotolo killed one of them personally,so he was fearing revenge. That almost caused a war between families in Sicily, Rotolo even ordered death of Lo Piccolo and his son , he gave order to Gianni Nicchi,prepared acid barrels for bodies. But he was already under investigation by police & anti mafia , they arrested him shorty after , seized assets worth 30$ million. But since their return, they are already very important players in Sicilian mafia.
