Mark Margolis passed away at Mt Sinai Hospital in New York City on Thursday at age 83. The actor had suffered from a short illness, his son Knitting Factory Entertainment CEO Morgan Margolis shared with DailyMail.com. Hackman is one of my all-time favorite actors, but Friedkin's genius can not be understated. I still can't get over how good The Exorcist is. Yeah, he did make some stinkers later in his life but that does not take anything away from the man.
