Thanks i12…… I had to stop half way through my Yoga movement workout this morning, will try again tomorrow morning and hope I can do full hour.
Travel Safe i12…. Hope your trip goes well.
That stuff is sooo hard in the beginning, but it gets easier. My wife is a yoga instructor. She'll do Ashtanga and power yoga like drinking water. Many of those poses I won't even attempt lol
But you had to play it cool, had to do it your way Had to be a fool, had to throw it all away

Its amazing, the Women are so much better than any men Ive seen do it. I am in my 50”s and only doing it for almost two years.
When I see the Women in practice doing cobra and up dog without knees on the ground consistently i learn from that and try to do. When i see them doing head and hand stands with ease, i am encouraged but cautious since I can get injured.
Down dog with Flat feet and pigeon are my successes as well as flipping my dog and lasting to the end for meditation and breath work.
Its a great workout and I wish i found this when i was younger.

Yes!! I love that you're meditating and doing breath work as well. It's so important for our well being! That stuff has literally changed my life. I do a lot of Wim Hof breathing, cold exposure.
Yoga is hard, but never forget the rewards. Yeah, even poses that appear easy are often very hard to do.
You're right about the women. They are just unbelievable when it comes to this stuff. My wife will do a Full Lotus or a Scorpion like it's nothing. I couldn't even do that if you paid me a billion and I used to compete in fitness. Women seem to have much better balance than men.
Keep doing your thing brother. Many blessings!

Ever watch BETTER CALL SAUL Meyer? I'm in the minority where I like it better than BREAKING BAD.
Going to try to go to bed early since I didn't get as much sleep as I normally do last night because of the basketball game.
i've never watched it is it really better ?! me and you kinda have similar tastes in shows and movies. so i might like it too !
Hey Meyer! Hope you are well.
If you like Breaking Bad, you should definitely give Better Call Saul a shot. To me, it's a great show but nowhere close to being as good as Breaking Bad. However, if you are more into character development, realism and slow burners than you just might like BCS better.
I've probably watched Breaking Bad more times than any other show and that includes The Sopranos. It's an 11 on a 10 scale imo. That being said, Better Call Saul might be the best show on air today. While I personally felt Breaking Bad was way more entertaining and packed more of a punch, the realness of BCS cannot be overstated.
But you had to play it cool, had to do it your way Had to be a fool, had to throw it all away

I do but I also love the Saul character. The final season (Season 6) is dropping this month. I would say check out a few episodes of Season 1 and see what you think.
Also, thanks for the backup and glad you enjoy it as well Gia!

It's hard to believe it's the final season and that the BB era is coming to an end. They say Vince hasn't ruled out more spin-offs, but I can't say I'm hopeful. All good things must come to an end at some point I guess

I hope no more spinoffs. I'm honestly surprised this turned out as well as it did. Stop going to the well and create fresh content.
I agree wholeheartedly. I always laugh at those clowns who wanna see Miami Vice return or shows that already died while in production like Weeds. It's just unbelievable lol
I don't see how they could do another BB spin-off or a BCS one. The only type of spin-off I would be open to would be one centered around Kuby, the guy Bill Burr played.
