I don't think actual mobsters will pose a threat here, but there's always the risk of wannabe morons who could come across this guy's picture and think beating the guy up would be a good idea just because they think it's impressive to beat up a rat. Is it likely to happen? Probably not, but there's always a risk. I mean, there's plenty of idiots running around.

Aside from that, it's the principle: using the picture of a law-abiding citizen in a chart like this is in poor taste. It's still organized crime we're talking about and it still concerns serious people.
