Judging by the description given in the link provided by Don Capi the plot is very weak. If the rumour is true, I hope its a good movie but from everything that we know (which is not that much) it looks like a disaster waiting to happen. Get De Niro, Pacino, and Benicio Del Toro, come up with an original plot, get either Scorcese, Coppola, De Palma, Tarantino or Singer to direct and there, there you've got you're movie.
