As I scrolled down to see the reply's, I was just about to reply to the post with White Heat, but of course, you beat me to it! AGAIN! Yes, I totally agree, White Heat's ending was the ultimate takedown of a gangster! Definatley one of my all time favorites! Love the prison scene when they tell Cody Jarrett that his mother was shot in the back! "Look Ma, Finally made it! TOP OF THE WORLD!!! Don Cardi
Don Cardi Five - ten years from now, they're gonna wish there was American Cosa Nostra. Five - ten years from now, they're gonna miss John Gotti.

Would you consider BLOW to be a gangster movie? Because if you do, then BLOW. If not, I would say The Godfather Trilogy because Michael was a strong leader and he died alone and weak.
"If you did so good exposing us, Donnie, whyzit you and your family gotta live a coverup for the rest of your lives?"

Godfather Part III, even though it was a calm peaceful ending, I still got sad.
When some one needs to be whacked you call Don Leporleone, When some one needs to be paid off you call Don Leporeloene, When some one needs protection you call Don Leporeleone.... But when you buy canolis from the bakery you don't share them with Don Leporeleone, what have I ever done to make you treat me so disrespectfully
