Another interesting one: In the scene where Jimmy introduces young Henry to young Tommy while selling Pall Mall cigarettes from the back of a truck, notice that the same tan and black 1957 Buick Century passes by twice. Guess Scorsese was saving money on renting vintage cars.

At this point of the movie, Henry is highly under the influence of hallucination-causing drugs, hence his paranoia in the first place. Scorsese could easily have done these "mistakes" deliberately, to emphasise Henry's delusional state.
