Did anyone read this book is it any good ? Does it start off with his teens or is it just when he was boss?

Sorry, I havn't read it but do own a copy of it. It does include pretty much Gotti's whole legend from his early growing up though. I expect it to be pretty similar to the original book Gene Mustain and Jerry Capeci wrote about Gotti (Gotti - the rise and fall). But this one is updated up until and shortly after Gotti's death. I get the feeling Gene and Jerry couldn't wait until Gotti's death so they could be the first to publish this book.
