In Goodfellas when Joe Pesci shot Samuel L. Jackson he put 4 bullets into him. When it flashes back to the shoting he put 5 bullets into him.

I've also noticed that. But, I don't think it's supposed to be an exact flashback... Maybe another point of view of him just shooting Stacks.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. First you hear four shots. But in the slo-mo, you see five .45 cartridges ejected.
