In one of the first scenes of the Godfather II, Michael is in his office with Senator Geary and discusses a deal. Michael makes mention of a man named "Turnbull" and he proclaims that he is "a good man". Who is Turnbull and what does Michael mean by "good man"? Does he mean that Turnbull is a part of "our thing" or what? Sorry but this confuses me everytime I watch this great scene.

Belle, welcome to the board!
There was a pretty good discussion a while back in which our own Turnbull (the screen name one of our BB members uses) described the process by which Sen. Geary and the Corleone family might exchange products and services...but I can't find it. Search on a couple of different keyword combinations relative to the topic and it may bubble-up.
Your Wildcats are #10 in the AP and #11 in the USA Today/ESPN Poll! For now, I'm fortunate to say my Illini are #1!
