Many of the mob/mafia films out theyre (the more recent ones) have many of the same characters in them. to name a few....Robert Deniro,Al pacino,Chaz Palminteri,Joe Peschi...etc etc. The list goes on. Many of these movies use characters from other similar films. Name some of the characters (actors) youve seen repeated in more than 1 Mob flick.

James Caan in Mickey Blue Eyes. Al Pacino in Donnie Brasco and Dick Tracy. Joe Pesci in Casino and Goodfellas. John Travolta in Pulp Fiction and Get Shorty. Robert DeNiro in Analyze This, Once Upon a Time in America, Casino, Goodfellas, A Bronx Tale and The Untouchables. Most of the actors I mentioned obviously appeared in The Godfather trilogy.  DC

Ray Liotta(one of my favorites). Vincent Frank, James Caan, Abe Vigoda, Andy Garcia, Joe Viterelli, and Chazz Palminterri. That's all I can think of right now.

Hi MPuzo2, Speaking of Ray Liotta, did you see him in "Unlawful Entry"? (with Kurt Russell) I thought he was excellent in that one  Good movie. Hi Goodfellowoggie Paisano!

the actor who plays Jimmy Whispers in "A Bronx Tale" appears in Goodfellas as 1 of the men working on the heist project. I think he also appears in Analyze This is an asassin hyred by Chazz Palminteri to murder Paul Vitti played by Robert Deniro. Chazz and Rob have made appearances/starred in both A Bronx Tale and Analyze this.
