anyone read this? just finished reading it and find it good. the book is written by Sonny Girard (not his real name). he wrote this while in Federal prison serving 7 year sentence for racketeering under the RICO act. Nicholas Pileggi said Sonny is a part of the Mob but what's his real name? and the characters he used are false names (i think) anyone knew the real names of the characters? grazie!
