Question for Carol Gino - I know this goes back before your time with Mr. Puzo, but I was wondering about how he felt about his well-publisized row with Frank Sinatra. I've read some accounts that the two of them were in the same restaurant shortly after the book came out, and supposedly Sinatra was furious. (According to one account) they approached each other "ready to do battle" and they had to be separated by members of their respective entourages. (From the pictures I've seen of Mario, my money would have been on him). Being that this was a widely known incident, did Mr. Puzo ever speak of this? End note: I certainly don't want to put you in a position of breaking any confidences you and Mr. Puzo had in private conversations, and if you'd rather not answer this, I certainly understand.
