4th and 5th installments:

Somehow I ended up with a ten minute file of Little Wing, though the song is actually just a little over two minutes - it kept repeating, then it just cut off. The computer has been very bad to me today. I'm surprised it's still working.

Gina, those videos are cool.

Eric Clapton - Layla (live)

I'm in love with Clapton. That solo is fucking sweet.

I think the next time I go home, I'm going to bring my keyboard back with me. I want to learn that piano outro. I also think the next instrument I buy will be an electric guitar.

Eric Clapton is a guitar God. Depending on the day of the week (and the mood I'm in), he ranks as the greatest guitarist of all time for me. My list of top 10 guitarists changes all the time.

I learned it a couple months ago. It's really quite simple once you get the hang of it.

Here's quite a nugget:

Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash - "One Too Many Mornings"

Two legends doing a real cool version of one of my favorite Dylan songs. The whole documentary that this is from is pretty damn good.

Hey, how's it going?

bogey, aren't we all?

Thanks DA for that great clip. Two masters together....:)

XD, Eric Clapton IS a guitar God.

While I'm lukewarm with the album, his guitar-work is stunning in Roger Waters' flop solo album PROS & CONS OF HITCHHIKING. People forget about that fact...

Hagen, good video mate. Crank out some more!

Geoff, yeah I saw those clips earlier. David O. Russell was a legendary asshole/tyrant when shooting THREE KINGS. Apparently at one point, he was dressing-down a poor crew member, when George Clooney took exception. A schuffle occured, and Russell got his ass knocked down.

The absolute best version of "Hotel California" I've ever seen or heard. Watch this video, and behold a classic performance of one of the most iconic songs in rock 'n roll history:

Eagles - Hotel California (live acoustic)

XDCX,

I saw the Eagles "Hell Freezes Over" tour here in CA. One of the best concerts I've been too. \:\) Hotel California is one of my all time favorites as well.

Btw, do you know where this was taped? I didn't see it indicated. Don Henley was wearing the same shirt when I same the concert. Great video.

Easily the two funniest things I've found on YouTube. And yes, both are real.

Leprechaun in Mobile, Alabama
Samwell - "What What (In the Butt)

"Somebody told me when the bomb hits, everybody in a two mile radius will be instantly sublimated, but if you lay face down on the ground for some time, avoiding the residual ripples of heat, you might survive, permanently fucked up and twisted like you're always underwater refracted. But if you do go gas, there's nothing you can do if the air that was once you is mingled and mashed with the kicked up molecules of the enemy's former body. Big-kid-tested, motherf--ker approved."

They'll probably end up actually using "lonelyjew14" as a tag for his videos now...

I loved Demetri's "buffering." And when that video is on YouTube, we'll see him buffering in the midst of actual buffering. Wow.

I like Jon Stewart and most of the time watch Steven Colbert afterward.

Gina, did you see Willie Nelson on last week with Colbert discussing the ice creams named after them?

TIS, I missed it!! \:\(

I've been watching both of them every night for a few months now, catching the repeat if I missed the original - I never skipped an episode. Then school started to get really busy, and I only caught one this past week. I found out Willie was on but didn't see it, so I'm going to watch it online.

Capo, thanks. Your comment inspired me so much that I went and recorded another one \:\)

I also do a pretty mean impression of Walter from The Big Lebowski, but I've not put that particular video up yet.
