Do we have any perfectionists here?

Does your quest for the perfect assignment, report etc hamper your productivity?

Personally, I spend way too much time on assignments and reports which is why I'm always behind.

Anyone else.

Hey W,

I am a Quality Assurance Engineer. My job requires perfection. Personally I'd like to put a pubic hair on my next job review.

I am a self-destructive imploding mass of perfectionism. My ambition is to find the ultimate truth in life. Nothing else really matters, for me.

If it involves rereading my papers/theses multiple times with a little red pen until about 3:30 AM, yes, then I suppose you could call me a perfectionist.

But I owe it to Harry, after all.

It doesn't really hamper my productivity or cause me to get behind, because I tend to do my research well in advance and thus writing the paper itself is really the final, easiest step of them all. And even then, I can crank out a decent paper in a relatively short amount of time.

I'm not married, and will be hitting three-o in a few months. Hate to blame it on being ugly.

I've already hit four-o and I'm still unmarried. And I'm not a perfectionist.

I must be the ugliest woman of my generation!

I am a perfectionist when it comes to cheeseburgers.

The slice of cheese absolutely HAS to be on top of the burger, not underneath where the bottom bun is.

Also, I don't like the way they serve them in some diners where they melt the cheese right onto the open bun and then you put the bun on the burger. Looks really nice when served but then you don't taste the cheese. The cheese HAS to be melted ON the meat and then the bun goes on top.

That's just the way it has to be.

Nope. Not really a perfectionist. Unless you count video games. Then it has to be perfect.
