UAE is a very gorgeous well to do country, that goes to show what oil money can buy. However, I don't care for what the Mid-East would look like in 50 years. I'm longing to see the time when she runs out of oil.

Most Mid-Eastern countries live on oil money as their main export. They have no other significant industry. They even don't have enough refineries for their own use. They import all other things for oil. They don't have any interest for the industrial or agricultural investments. This path is doomed, but the sooner we get this over with, the sooner we can start what actually can bloom our economy to provide real jobs. Then hopefully a Saudi male citizen, can't sit in a cafe smoking, and get paid by the government because he now has four wives and is eligible for a full monthly payment without even working.
I hate oil.
