OK.
As the winner of previous quiz I got Fame's kiss , 5 oranges, that I can't get still (damn international shipping ) and obligation to write the next quiz.
Fame boldly suggested any theme I like, but I refrained from history, it would be really difficult...
So, if anyone has guts to try ,

Great, I don't know the answer for any of them. What is the odds of winning this quiz by choosing (a) for all questions?

I knew the answers to #18 and #24.

But I always hated English Lit, even though I love to read and write.

If by "winning" you mean getting them all right, the odds are more than 1,000,000,000,000,000:1

It is actually 0.000000000000003553. Chance of getting each right is 1/4 or 0.25. So it is 0.25^24. Leaving the last one out of course.

You're expressing it as a decimal, I'm putting it in the form of "odds".

I did a lot of rounding off in doing the multiplication to get my number - I started rounding at the 1 billion, 72 million mark (making it just 1 billion instead) and left at least 24 trillion off at the end - but I'd guess they're roughly the same.

Yeah, they are the same. I meant to give the actual number. Shall we round it to 0? Because that makes more sense.

Don't worry about mine, at least. It was spent composing it, and I'm glad the result at least amused some of my friends.

Thankgod that I'm not the only one that didn't know any of the answers. I get violent when people make me feel stupid and JM doesn't need me throwing hedgehogs at her.

You see, Turi, the idea to make me write a quiz belongs to Fame. I don't pretend that it was my idea. If someone is to be punished, it's him. And btw, if there's no winner, he is to write the next quiz!
(And if I win again, I'll gratify myself and write one about Hundred Years war....)

I know #18!

And I ventured a guess on the quote questions.
