Hey DC!! To my Santino!! As you well know, I was very nervous about going to the get-together in NJ last summer. Getting to meet you and your lovely family was one of the highlights of that weekend.

Your posts about the Trilogy are always insightful and often funny. Although we don't often agree politically, you've always treated my views with respect, so I look forward to many, many more of your posts!

What can I say you have been a great friend to me on and off the BB and I appreciate it very much. I also can't wait till the next BB Convention. Don Smitty - First let me start off by thanking you for starting this congrats topic. You have a heart of gold. Even though at times you may shoot from the hip when you post, knowing you personally, I know that you really wear your heart on your sleeve and that when you speak, it is always from deep down and with care.


Sicilian Babe - aka as my Costanzia. It was an honor to make your aquaintance this past summer, and a pleasure to spend time with you and your fantastic husband. I am glad that I was able to convinced you to attend the summer get together as it gave me the opportunity to make another great friend in my life.


Dontomasso - Again, I really enjoy your knowledgable insight on many issues, especially those over in The Godfather Trilogy thread. I am sorry that you and I were unable to hook up the last time that you were in my neck of the woods. One of these days we will be able to meet.

Snake- I too, really enjoy your posts and also consider you a friend of mine on these boards.

APPLE - I know that you are sincere in what you posted, because I don't think that I've ever seen you congratulate anyone here for a milestone, let alone give a compliment! :p I am also grateful to have met you this past summer, because by meeting you I've come to realize that you're all talk when rip into someone on here, your bark is really much bigger than your bite! I'm going to let the cat out of the bag here by telling everyone that in person, you are really a sweet gal.

Aziatic - Now you are a person that I both look up to and respect. You never back down, even if you are the only one who believes in what he is saying. Plawrence - What can I really say. I know that you and I have a lot of different views, and that we may get heated with each other from time to time. But no matter how hot we may get here when debating on the boards, one thing that I will always keep in mind, and in my heart, is that we are still friends, no matter what. And I know that through all your kidding me and making fun of me, that you feel the same way. I've come to realize that even though you and I may be opposites on many things, we are really alike because we both believe in the strength of our convictions. I am definEtly gratefl that we have become true friends. You're a pain in the ass, but I love ya!
