I think you gotta give it to Harrison Ford, although Mel Gibson is up there along with Stalone and Eastwood.

Interesting question... I was trying to think of others who should be on the list, and although he plays a minor character, Desmond Llewelyn played "Q" in 16 or so James Bond movies.
