I'm following this TV series. I can't help it....I LIKE IT!!!

Ah, I don't mind spoilers. On the contrary, if someone wants to tell me how it is going to end, I'll be very grateful!!!

Yea I love LOST too! They aired the fifth Episode of the first season yesterday and its getting better...They air 1 episode every monday, actually this is the only thing im watching on TV, besides The King Of Queens of course....
The only thing that bothers me, is that that Iraqi guy supposed to be a member of the Republican Guard under Saddam, so how can he be such a "nice guy"? I hope that doesnt send a false message but anyways...GREAT SERIES

Huh?

His character in the Series is a nice character, but he mentioned also that hes been in the republican guard, who were volunteers and close to Saddam. Well, those guys who were therefore assholes and animals so...

Even if its a whole another story, the pope HAD to join the HITLERJUGEND and ARMY like all other Germans, he had no other choice, and even managed to leave them and has been in danger cuz of that...

I understand you also have seen only 5 episodes of the series at the moment, so we still don't know what there is behind that guy. You see every character has his own story (possibly an unpredictable one, as in the case of the girl who has problems with the justice) we are shown in each episode. Who knows why he joined Saddam troops? Maybe he just believed it was the right thing to do, only to discover the horrible truth later (as many soldiers do, in every contry in every war in every time)...let's wait and see what they planned for this guy. Anyway, one thing is absolutely sure: the series authors are NOT sending a false message....they cannot be as naive.

I totally agree. Plus he was only a little boy. Even if I believe Ronnie was just kidding about the so called "Nazi past" of the Pope in order to show us that no one can be judged on the grounds of bias (as in the case of the former Saddam soldier in the Lost series), I think this is a very distasteful issue and I really hope it will be put aside as time goes by.

Yea I get your point, we'll see what happens with the character and how the story develops and maybe we'll get to know why he joined them...

Does some1 else the similarities to "The Lord Of The Flies"? But of course this story being much more versatile and much better

*can't wait for the next episode*

Ok, does anybody still watch this show here? Its unbelieveable how hooked I am. And as of lately, the storyline has been getting very intense.
