It's a damn shame that this guy had so much dirt under his fingernails! Here was a guy who made some major contributions to NYC during his reign and especially during the 9/11 crisis. Then he went onto Iraq and did a superb job there also! I really believe that this guy had the talent and know how to do a great job in the position of Homeland Security Chief. The guy had fantastic experience and just as importantly he truly believed in this war on terror! Talk about wasted talent!
