Has anybody heard more about this? It seems like through out the page he hints it's "something good" and "second delivery" needed. Or is this just the work of a pretty bright person praying on the undenyable American thirst for answers to mysteries and the possibilities of a cheap car?

I for one must know more about this. It's amazing and genius of this person to do this. It's probably belly button lint because of his ability to send that because he said it could be that. Has this person performed a fiscally benifical publicity stunt? Or is it for real? Has some Enron moron lost his marbles?

Thoughts on this?

That's insane, the people spending the amount of money on something they don't even know what it is or him giving away such a thing.

i certainly wouldn't risk it.

He keeps using the word "FREE." People are bidding on it, they're gonna end up spending money anyway. That doesn't sound free to me. Cheap, maybe. Free? Nope.

I wanna know what it ends up being... I hope it gets on the news or something, or else we'll never know.

I doubt it's the car or the house or whatever else, though. It's BS. Besides, he says, "Am I an eccentric millionaire who's bored and is giving away FREE stuff? Or am I hobo using a stolen computer?" If he was an eccentric millionaire, he wouldn't call himself that. Truly eccentric people don't know that they are eccentric. He's just a guy making a fast buck.

Ingenius! People love a mystery, and I'm sure there are a lot of people out there with a bunch of money who would be willing to use it just to see. It's already up to 177.50 with over seven days left. I hope Ebay doesn't yank it, that would be a shame.

I dunno, they didnt pull Turi's souls when he put it up.

If you ask me, its a money laundering scam.

Could easily be, but he'd need an accomplice winning the bid and it would have to go for a lot more than the current $177. If it gets to the thousands and the winning bidder also lives in Humble, Texas, or close by, I'd be suspicious.

Anyway, I think you'd get more for your money with this auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1467&item=5556749566&rd=1

I've never bought anything from Ebay, although I've browsed the site. Will we all find out in the end what this "surprise" item is?

After the auction is over I'm sure the winner will post a review of the object. You can click on the person who is selling's name and read his buyer's reviews. I'm now thinking its plane tickets, because somebody would hurt this guy if it was not something "they would be more than happy with". Plane tickets don't seem that amazing, the other things are very unrealistic. Keeping an eye out.

Here's another interesting one I saw on
Sports Illustrated.com ...

Shaune Bagwell, the ex-wife of Astros slugger Jeff Bagwell, is cashing in on this apparent defect in men's wiring. Bagwell recently auctioned off use of her cleavage on eBay for advertisers. The winning bid was $15,099 by Internet casino GoldenPalace.com, which has previously placed its logo on such surfaces as the backs of boxers during a fight. Bagwell will receive her tattoo on Thursday, and GoldenPalace.com is obviously betting that many will take a healthy gander before it's removed in 30 days. Says Bagwell, "Using my cleavage seemed sexy and cute without being sleazy."

Well the auction was pulled.

We will never know.

Ever.
