These 2 knuckleheads might think twice of running to Philly to look into something. There are some head bangers in S Philly, that would give them a beating or worse. And if they cannot read there is a war going on in N Philly, that spreads into S Philly; Im sure that the s philly guys could easily get some N philly youngster to spray their car or a place they are at for pennies. I agree they might shake hands and have a laugh except for how anti-rat Joey is, he will not shake hands with Gene in my opinion. He might be professional and not escalate anything but I don’t see him dapping it up with Gene.
