Creating a fake company and order it and in breaking bad there is a german company that found the precursor chemicals for Gus.

I don't think it's worth the risk of being caught manufacturing fentanyl. It's cheaper to buy it in mass quantities from the Mexicans. The Mexicans already have the politicians paid off on both sides of the border. In today's current climate, they'll lock you up forever for distributing fent. Could you imagine if you got caught manufacturing it?

Probably because the sentences, if caught, would be in the decades. It must be what we in the UK call a class 1 drug.
