Just finished The First Family book by M. Dash. It's a good book , lot more info on the first mafia types of nyc circa 1900s than I expected.
Anyway, the murder stables gets a small write up. The stables were huge and a lot of murders were committed in or near them. Big thing was that a woman owned them.
She also ends up dead.
