Philadelphia mafia captain Domenic (Baby Dom) Grande will plead guilty to drug and racketeering charges in two months, instead of rolling the dice at trial
If he takes this deal, does it leave him out of any subsequent superseding indictment? Like, if they bring a RICO against the whole family, won't they just charge him in prison?

Yes, if he pleads he now has admitted to a RICO predicate act, that from what I understand can be used against him in a future R.I.C.O. case. Unless in his plea agreement he gets whats called "COVERAGE".
However, from what I understand "COVERAGE" is not 100% percent.
