I thought you did not write about people still alive? Namath is living, and I think he league was out to get him due to his image as a hippy type.

The question is, did you enjoy the story?

I won't pay to read it. The point is you said you only write about people who died, Namath is alive.

Namath isn't a mobster.

Your partner is tying him in with one. I saw a documentary on Namath, he got an awful deal from the NFL regarding his owning a nightclub for having , among hundreds of customers a night, a very small amount of mobsters and alleged ones frequent his place.

Well, that's the price you pay when you play with the bad boys....

#1, if as you say you "didn't read" the story then how in the heck would you even know what I did or didn't write about him, or in what context? So why make a derisive comment?
#2, the story is a biography written about a mafia soldier, not Joe Namath per se.
#3, I don't usually write about wise guys unless they've passed away. It doesn't apply to regular folks, get it?
#4, If anything, my article exonerates Namath further, it doesn't condemn him.

Didn't you get the memo Liggio? When you write a post on GBB the moderators ask that you refrain from cursing and using foul language or attacking others. I think their policies should be respected no? Being on GBB is a privilege, not a right. It's common courtesy.

I also think you might benefit from anger management classes. You had a very disproportionate "over the top" response that makes us wonder about you and your stability, or instability. .

Not sure what photos you're claiming we claim ownership of and flag on FB or any other social media. I do file copyright infringement on all social media including YouTube, IG, FB, and elsewhere when people outright steal our written work word for word and claim it as their own. And I will continue to do so.

At least have the common sense to rewrite it or the decency to give credit. But outright steal? Absolutely I will file. And I have given breaks to people after having conversations with them and then they turn around and do it again. So, there is no more negotiation. If I see something, I will file an infringement.

As far as pics, I don't claim copyright ownership to anything. I watermark with our logo pictures that are exclusive to us but I don't flag pictures on FB so get your facts straight.

I should clarify that TNYM isn't managing any social media...I do. So go stick your "motherfucking fraud" right up your ass.

And I should add one more thing just in case any idiots are reading this and just don't get it...just because some of the articles on our site are also over at BH because that's where TNYM originally posted some of them using his handle of "Maxie" doesn't mean that they're free for use. He still owns the rights to that material and people who go on there and use that stuff - you're infringing and you will be struck down.

If it is not about Namath, why is he the feature of your title? That's sneaky and deceiving. You could just say it is about Mancuso, instead your title makes as if the story features both equally, implying that Namath may have been involved with him in illegal activity.

Okay, my apologies then for overreacting. There is a single photo that was reported as copyright infringement, I don't know why as I've seen it elsewhere. As far as article content, I suppose I shouldn't have copied it word for word, but by no means did I claim it as my own. I think mostly everyone on these pages understands that posters don't create content, they merely find and share content.

So let me get this straight now. YOU took an unauthorized biography that I wrote about Stefano LaSalle and reposted it without my permission, and didn't even credit Lisa or I or our TNYM website as the source? Yet, you became indignant and cursed me out like a drunken sailor using every profanity in the book? WOW! You got some set of balls on you!

You also say, "Most everyone on these pages takes stuff and doesn't create anything themselves?" Don't you really mean many posters like yourself don't create any content of their own, they merely rob it from others without even giving credit to the source, isn't that it? Lol.

Truth be told, who really takes the time to credit the source of their posted content? Most of us are lazy and figure if someone really wants to know where it came from they'll either one, ask where it came from so they can research it and decide whether it's a reliable source or two, look it up themselves. Nobody is actually trying to claim anything as their own. Do you really think that if someone asked me where it came from I'm going to say I came up with it myself? You can even go back to other posts I've made and when someone asked I ALWAYS told them where I got it from.

And I'll reiterate this, hardly any of us have the personal experience with these real life characters and so can't possibly create content of our own, the vast vast majority of content came from somewhere else, including yours. And I don't mean that as an insult (I don't think it's one) but much of your content was drawn from other sources. Not that there's anything wrong with it.

It's called research and takes time to conduct, in addition to actually writing the story. Whereas you copying things word for word takes no time at all. When you post on those groups, it certainly makes it seem like you wrote the article even if you don't make that claim.


You can explain it away all you want. However, at this point, for me, it's resolved and moot.

I see people post shit all the time, and never once think that they wrote it themselves. I expect others to have the same common sense. Anyway, to avoid all of this I'll start crediting my sources.
