The Godfather is the best movie trilogy in the history of cinema. There is no question about that. But there have been some other good ones. Please vote for you 2nd favorite, or feel free to write-in a vote if I left off your favorite. Grazie.

Rocky, Rocky II and Rocky III.

(Yes, I know they made more but I didn't see beyond #3 so for me it's a Trilogy.)

Best,

I loved the Rocky trilogy and although I'll probably get laughed at for this, tongue I actually prefer the Rambo trilogy. Just love the Rambo movies. grin .

There are probably more trilogys made than those listed in the poll, but none listed appeal to me, and I can't think of any others right now, so I'm going sticking with my choice. wink

Oh, just thought of another of my favorites: Diehard (although the first is by far the best)

In my home! In my bedroom, where my wife sleeps! Where my children come and play with their toys. In my home.

My faves are Back to the Future and Terminator - love a bit of time travel! cool
I liked the First Matrix but the second and third just didn't measure up.

JK, those are probably the worst.
Until I remember a better one, I'll vote for Indy.

I love the Hannibal Lecter trilogy. (there's actually four movies if you count "Manhunter", but that didn't have Anthony Hopkins)

Hannibal Lecter may be my favorite movie character ever, him or Don Vito.

I chose Star Wars, you gotta love that trilogy - great fun. Though I am disappointed with Lucas though, changing around the originals. So I will not be buying the new DVDs.

Star Wars!

I love the original trilogy and personally I can't wait for the DVD release. My VHS copies are practically worn out.

I can't believe that no one mentioned the Lord of the Rings trilogy. An excellent storytelling epic.

Probably a distant second to The Godfather.
