I have been watching some videos on YouTube with interviews with Russo. According to him, he has been involved with every major event and person in the past i.e. Marilyn Monroe! Is he for real? When I see him dressed in his 70's outfits complete with hanging jewelry, open shirts with scarfs. Let's just say he loses credibility with me. I think he lives in Vegas so has he followed in the footsteps of Fredo?

I'm sure a lot of it is self invented hype, but not this:

In 1988, Russo killed a man inside his Las Vegas nightclub. When he tried to intervene to stop a man from harassing a female patron, the man stabbed him with a broken champagne bottle. Russo, a legal carry owner, pulled his gun and shot him in the head. The man was a 30-year-old Cuban national. Russo was not charged with the killing because it was ruled a justifiable homicide by the Nevada District Attorney's Office.

If nothing else I will give him credit for not being a slacker. With what we know to be factual about him. He has and remains to be leading a very jam-packed life.

Russo's claim that the Columbo family blew up the entry gates of Paramount Studios is preposterous. There are not and never have been any media reports of that. In addition, he claims an affair with Marilyn Monroe, the blowing up of Frank Costello's burial site, and his killing of several guys (although in self-defense) for none of which there is no evidence.

There are few youtube videos of individuals that basically say he is full of it.

Wasn't the guy that Gianni Russo killed an associate of Pablo Escobar? I remember reading that somewhere.

He could have had a solid reputation by that alone - killing an associate of the biggest drug dealer in the world at the time and staying alive to talk about it.

That being said, much of the other stuff I don't believe him. Especially since he likes to comment on DJVlad's videos where he basically mocks himself. Not sure what that's about.
