It was in yesterday's newspaper, he did die. He should have gotten that release his family asked for several months ago, there was no way he was going to be of harm to anyone if he got out.

Well Frankie Loc allegedly did have Patsy Parrello's son killed because Patsy gave Frankie's son Tore a slap. Tore admittedly was a made man already around that time, but Patsy's son wasn't involved in the life. Seems nasty enough afaic.

Just saw on Instagram that he did pass away last Friday.

He should have gotten that compassionate release.,

What year was he made?? I’m pretty sure it was under Albert Anastasia; Before Carlo took over.

He’s was one of the last Made guy’s who got made in the 1950’s

Becoming a made man during the 1950s, Locascio was a bookmaker and loanshark for the Gambino family. Later on, he was promoted to caporegime of a crew in the Bronx, New York.

He his listed as made between 1953 to 1957,as very young in his 20s. Even wiki report is dod as October 1. He ruined his life following the dumb idea of Gotti of dont take a plea. He would be free from long time. Anyway Rip Frankie.

Stand up, okay. Bright? Not really he went along with Gottis foolishness and ended up spending the last 30 years of his life in jail because of it.

His son, Salvatore, became a caporegime. He was involved in one of the largest consumer frauds in American history. The plan involved internet users looking for adult content, enticing them to enter their credit card information for “free” trials, and then later charging them a monthly fee. Complaints from victims caught the attention of the U.S. Justice Department. By February 2004, the entire Salvatore crew had been arrested. Federal prosecutors estimate that the Gambinos grossed approximately $500 million from the phone cramming operation. He was sentenced to two years in prison and released in 2008. [6]
