I read something very interesting. Caponigro actually grew up in Philly and later moved to Newark.
I thought he grew up in Jersey?

I couldn't tell you where he grew up but I've been by several of his social clubs he had in Newark. One on South Orange Ave and another on Chancelor Ave.

Wasn't Scoops Licata the one who ran his million dollar book?

Don Cheech, did Scoops run it or did Pete "the crumb" Caprio run the book for him? Where on Chancellor Ave was this social club?
