STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Has former Travis resident and reputed Gambino organized crime family soldier Thomas (Huck) Carbonaro paid his debt to society?

In a word, no, said a judge.

Manhattan federal court Judge Colleen McMahon has rejected Carbonaro’s latest bid for early release, saying there is no compelling reason to change the seven-decades-long sentence the defendant is serving for his role in three murder plots, including one against notorious mob turncoat Salvatore (Sammy the Bull) Gravano.

Didn't Sammy Volunteer to testify on his behalf after he tried to kill Sammy ??

I like Gravano's videos, and think he's the most intriguing of them all, and basically think like 70% of what he says is true..30% to puff himself up more...But I think Sammy volunteering to testify for one of his crew against the government makes your radar go up...Why's he doing that ?? Maybe because Carbanaro knew about alot more about what Sammy did then he admitted too

Sammy just doing this to save face and try to play gangster again. He can't be charged for anything before his 92 deal when he testified. He put Frankie Loc away for Life and now he feels bad for the scumbag move he made when Frankie didn't do shit to hurt him.

What was he going to say for Huck?
Loc, was convicted of being the #3 guy in that family.

That's what RICO is about
You are responsible for crimes anyone in the enterprise has committed.

Lox was found guilty of murder not because he ordered it or did himself, because he was the #3 guy in the Gambino family enterprise.

I personally think RICO should be repealed I think its unconstitutional.

On a different note look at the Shemtov murder.

You had Tommy Reynolds who was high on crack, who accisently shot this lady that died, and Chris the Binger who was the get away driver was charged the sans as Reynolds for pulling the trigger.

That's really fucked as well.
I can see chargibg him but not the same.

You had the RICO and in New York state yiubhad the Rockefeller drug laws, which at the time If you got caught with a 1/2 a key of coke, a pretty small amounut of the coke cooked up, N.Y.S. would give you life sentence...

CRAZY
