From Vincenzo Sinagra, he was just a regular thief , who stole from the mafia , they didn't kill him because he had cousin who was a powerful mafioso , so they gave him 3 choices: death , leave Sicily forever or to start working for them. He was "helper" in 'Room Of Death', he suffered mental breakdown from stuff he witnessed.
Sam DeStefano was Chicago's most prolific killer he even killed one of his own brothers for the Outfit. But Schweihs was up there as well Chicago wiseguys were another level LOL.

Im reffering to people directly killed not the numbers of murders that a mobster ordered. Scarfo sr killed with his hands 2 men but ordered dozen killings.
