Its been on here before .... probably true but Phil never says it ....so it a good chance Tommy herd that Skinny was going to far in many places and to save face like most of these guys do .... now he had to flip !!!
These fucken guys think they are the first guys to go through this shit !! This is why you turn the button down or stay clear.... cant have it both ways .... Chuckie and Skinny if in NY would of been clipped as late teens .
