I try my best to make a complete stop & what happens, one night this past summer I get stopped by a cop for "failing to make a complete stop at that stop sign." Yeah right. I didn't argue with the guy because he was nice enough to let me off with a warning, but I would have been PISSED if he gave me a ticket with the amount of people I see literally either roll or fail to even acknowledge the presence of a stop sign.
